Support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic providing direct, hands-on care under RN supervision.
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care while monitoring patients throughout their treatment process.
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment while accurately recording vital signs and comprehensive patient data.
Educate patients about their treatment protocols and kidney health management strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team including nurses, dietitians, and social workers for optimal patient outcomes.
