As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, observing for any changes in condition.
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment to guarantee reliable and efficient operation.
Record vital signs and patient data accurately for treatment documentation.
Educate patients on their treatment plans and kidney health management strategies.
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
