DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
You will deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate care while monitoring patients before, during, and after their treatments.
Key tasks include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, recording vital signs, and documenting patient data accurately.
Educate patients on their treatment plans and kidney health to empower them in their care journey.
Collaborate closely with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other team members for comprehensive patient support.
This role requires comfort with blood, needles, and medical equipment, plus physical ability for long shifts on your feet.
Be willing to float between local clinics and maintain a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
