As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Focus on delivering safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care every shift.
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments to ensure optimal outcomes.
Handle setup and maintenance of dialysis equipment with precision and care.
Record vital signs and patient data meticulously for the care team.
Provide education to patients about their treatment and kidney health needs.
Work collaboratively with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and fellow team members.
Role demands comfort with medical procedures and stamina for demanding schedules.
