DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT you’ll provide direct hands-on care under RN supervision helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
You will deliver safe hygienic and compassionate dialysis care while monitoring patients before during and after treatment.
Key duties include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment recording vital signs and patient data.
You will educate patients on their treatment plans and kidney health management strategies.
Collaboration with nurses dietitians social workers and other care team members is essential.
This role requires physical stamina to work long shifts on your feet and comfort around medical equipment.
Willingness to float between local clinics and maintain a flexible schedule is necessary.
