DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician PCT to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.
As a PCT you’ll provide direct hands-on care under RN supervision helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Key responsibilities include delivering safe hygienic and compassionate dialysis care while monitoring patients before during and after treatment.
You will set up and maintain dialysis equipment record vital signs and patient data and educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
Collaboration with nurses dietitians social workers and other care team members is essential for comprehensive patient support.
This role requires an accredited high school diploma GED or equivalent and comfort around blood needles and medical equipment.
Physical ability to work long shifts on your feet is necessary along with willingness to float between local clinics.
A flexible schedule including mornings evenings weekends and holidays is required for this position.

- Record vital signs and patient data

- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes
- Perform basic laboratory procedures
- Maintain clean and sterile treatment areas
- Respond to patient emergencies under RN supervision
