Responsibilities
- Deliver safe hygienic and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before during and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses dietitians social workers and team
- Prepare treatment stations efficiently
- Assist with patient transportation
- Monitor fluid and electrolyte balance
- Participate in staff meetings
