DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic located in Des Moines and surrounding areas.
As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate care while monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment.
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment, record vital signs and patient data accurately.
Educate patients on their treatment plans and kidney health to empower them in their care journey.
Collaborate closely with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
No prior dialysis experience required; paid training and career growth opportunities available.
