Manage HHD patients educating them for independent home dialysis.

Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts with weekends and holidays off.
Conduct in-clinic training, home visits, and on-call support.
Monitor treatment progress ensuring safe quality outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
Flexible scheduling to effectively manage your caseload.
RN license, driver's license, insurance, reliable transportation required.
ADN required with BSN preferred plus basic computer skills.
