DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to make an exceptional difference in the lives of patients and families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
No dialysis experience required - comprehensive paid training provided for the first 10 weeks.
Work 3-4 days per week with 10-14 hour shifts in an outpatient dialysis center - no on-call required.
Float to various clinics on an as-needed basis while building long-term patient relationships.
Join a supportive clinical team delivering compassionate, high-quality care to medically complex patients.
Apply broad nursing skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment focused on life-saving dialysis treatments.
Must hold active RN license in Indiana with ADN from accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
Previous ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience highly valued for this rewarding role.

- Three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted (experience)
- Previous Intensive Care Unit experience (experience)
- Previous Critical Care Unit experience (experience)
- Previous Emergency Room experience (experience)
- Previous Medical Surgical experience (experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in dialysis setting
- Monitor patient vital signs during treatment
- Administer dialysis treatments
- Manage treatment plans for end-stage renal patients
- Respond to patient health changes promptly
- Collaborate with Patient Care Technicians
- Educate patients on kidney disease management
- Float to various clinics as needed
- Document patient progress accurately
- Participate in on-the-job training program
