Float position covering multiple Memphis locations at 5144 Riverdale Rd, Suite 103, Memphis, Tennessee.
DaVita seeks organized, self-directed RN to manage Peritoneal Dialysis patients.
Educate patients and caregivers in-clinic for independent home dialysis performance.
Role blends clinical care, comprehensive patient education, and case management.
Train on PD procedures, manage caseload with assessments and planning.
Monitor progress, conduct home visits, provide essential on-call support.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts with weekends and holidays off always.
Flexible scheduling allows effective caseload management independently.
