Manage HHD patients by educating them and caregivers in-clinic to perform dialysis independently at home.

Train patients and caregivers on HHD procedures and self-care while managing your caseload including assessments.
Monitor treatment progress, conduct home visits, provide on-call support, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
