Provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease daily.
No dialysis experience required—paid training and support provided.
Deliver direct care in fast-paced outpatient dialysis environment.
Monitor patients, manage plans, respond quickly to health changes.
Collaborate with supportive team including Patient Care Technicians.
Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options.
Float to nearby clinics as needed with flexible schedule required.
Build long-term relationships with medically complex patients.
