Key Responsibilities

As DC Controller, you will oversee critical functions to maintain optimal stock levels and customer satisfaction.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage DC inventory, placing orders for low-stock items with the Replenishment Planner to ensure weeks' cover.
• Order Fulfilment: Coordinate order processing, validate POs, align recovery dates, and provide feedback on rejections, missed deliveries, and resolutions.
• Reporting: Deliver daily reports on Key Value Item (KVI) lines, days of cover, and incoming orders to prevent stockouts.
• Promotional Activity: Plan a month's forward view for promotions, flag low-stock risks, and manage post-promotion recovery.
• Sales Targets & Negotiation: Drive sales goals, assist with promotional plans, negotiate bulk orders at DC and key franchise stores, and liaise on out-of-stocks, production updates, and recovery timelines.
• Administration & Liaison: Provide management listings, ensure effective product distribution, and maintain strong customer and company relationships.
