Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Master Datadog's licensing and pricing models to provide expert quoting and deal structuring support to global sales teams
  • Act as a creative problem solver, structuring deals that satisfy customer requirements while adhering to Datadog's selling policies
  • Resolve customer satisfaction issues post-deal execution through proactive communication and solutions
  • Directly negotiate deal terms with customers when needed to accelerate closes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Legal, Contracts, Sales Operations, Order Management, Revenue, Finance, and Product Management teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Sales on all pricing matters
  • Drive adherence to internal controls, protocols, and business rules to protect revenue integrity
  • Analyze deal structures for profitability, revenue recognition compliance (ASC 606), and strategic alignment
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CPQ and support sales forecasting processes

Qualifications & Requirements
