In this mid-level sales role within our S&M (EMEA GWC Sales) team, you'll manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to SMB clients in the French market. Leveraging your 3+ years of closing experience (including 2+ years in France), you'll communicate client needs, explain our powerful product value, and collaborate cross-functionally to exceed revenue targets. Proficiency in SFDC is key, as you'll maintain pipeline data while acting as a client advocate to enhance the buyer experience and resolve issues proactively. What you’ll do at Deel

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value

  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources

  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment

  • Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team

  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets

  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts

  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally

Some key qualifications

  • Located in EMEA

  • 3+ years of closing sales experience, with a minimum of 2 year selling into the French market

  • A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business

  • SFDC proficiency

  • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction
