In this mid-level role within our S&M (EMEA GWC Sales) team, you'll manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, leveraging your 3+ years of closing experience—particularly your 2+ years in the Israeli market. Fluent in Hebrew and proficient in SFDC, you'll communicate client needs, exceed revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product innovation and customer success. Whether resolving issues, acting as a client advocate, or expanding greenfield territories, your efforts will directly contribute to Deel's mission of unlocking global opportunities.

What you’ll do at Deel

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value

  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources

  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment

  • Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team

  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets

  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts

  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally

Some key qualifications

  • Located in EMEA

  • 3+ years of closing sales experience, with a minimum of 2 year selling into the Israeli market

  • A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business

  • SFDC proficiency

  • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction

  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility

  • Must be fluent in Hebrew
