Location: UK (Remote) | Department: S&M

In this full-time remote role within our S&M (PEO Sales) team, you'll channel your passion, heart, and desire (PHD) into hunting net new logos, generating demand, and closing complex enterprise deals. You'll navigate organizations to map stakeholders, build champions among HR and Payroll leaders, and collaborate with C-level executives to secure contracts that drive massive revenue growth. Partnering with your dedicated SDR and in-country AEs, you'll execute GTM strategies, master Salesforce forecasting, and leverage sales playbooks like MEDDIC or Challenger to win as one team. Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts. This role is essential for driving significant revenue growth and reinforcing Deel’s commitment to meeting the unique needs of its clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos

  • Focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth

  • Work with in-country AEs on opportunities they have sourced

  • Navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level executives with primary focus on HR and Payroll managers

  • Collaborate and lead successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation and sign contracts with internal and external teams

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

  • Work closely with your dedicated SDR in executing your GTM

  • Manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce

  • Proven ability to develop champions and execute a complex sales cycle where leveraging internal resources will be key– “Win-as-One”

  • Experience with process/playbook selling is a plus (i.e. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar)

  • Experience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving environment

  • Proficient in Salesforce
