Summary


As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will support Deel’s Global Sales and Customer Success teams by helping execute across commercial flows accurately, quickly, and at scale. Sitting within GTM Operations, this role provides exposure across the full Quote-to-Cash process, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure commercial agreements are structured and processed correctly.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, commercially curious, and excited to work in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers and internal teams across the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, from proposal, through deal execution, and contracting

  • Serve as a primary point of contact during pre-sales, providing guidance, and hands-on operational support

  • Review customer, deal, and commercial documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  • Execute and support deals across the Quote-to-Cash process, including quoting, amendments, approvals, and renewals

  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales and Customer Success, answering questions on deal structure, process, and platform usage

  • Resolve customer and deal-related issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate teams when needed

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience

  • Manage workload effectively, prioritizing requests and consistently meeting SLAs

  • Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or friction points and propose process improvements or automation opportunities
