Summary

As an ICP Payroll Specialist, you play a central role in keeping Deel’s global payroll operations running smoothly and accurately. In this role, you will assist in the end-to-end payroll process—reviewing client inputs, processing payroll on schedule, and ensuring every employee and statutory payment is completed correctly and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in client payroll, from receipt of payroll inputs to final approval and dispatch

  • Ensure all employee and statutory payments are made accurately and within required deadlines

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records

  • Support and deliver on internal reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and drive overall client satisfaction

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of payroll processes, documentation, and procedures in line with evolving business and customer requirements

Desired skills and competencies

  • 1-2 years of payroll processing experience

  • Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to self manage time/tasks

  • Experience with a payroll software preferred
