In this pivotal role, reporting to the Inventory Manager, you'll monitor end-of-life inventory across Hofy locations, execute clearance activities with precision, oversee Deel IT's Asset Clearance service for both company and customer-owned assets, source global vendors, liaise with customers, maintain databases of quotes and pricing, balance inventory levels, verify asset readiness, implement optimized policies, generate insightful reports, and keep impeccable records. Summary

The Inventory Operations Associate will assist with managing our Asset Clearance service, and managing Deel IT’s internal IT circular economy and ensure seamless end-of-life processes for our assets. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you’ll collaborate with global vendors, stakeholders, and customers to ensure efficient inventory management, maximise asset value, and uphold the highest operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and managing end-of-life inventory across all Hofy locations.

  • Executing clearance activities promptly and ensuring all related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Overseeing Deel IT’s Asset Clearance service, supporting both Deel IT-owned and customer-owned inventory.

  • Sourcing, evaluating, and managing global asset clearance vendors.

  • Liaising with customers to coordinate clearance activities, ensuring a smooth experience.

  • Maintaining a detailed and regularly updated database of vendors, quotes, and market pricing.

  • Ensuring inventory levels meet targets for each location, balancing supply and demand effectively.

  • Verifying inventory readiness, ensuring items meet the standards of sale.

  • Implementing and maintaining inventory policies and processes to optimize operations.

  • Creating and distributing detailed reports on inventory, clearance activities, and vendor performance.

  • Maintaining organized records of transactions, processes, and communications.
