Responsibilities

  • Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment

  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Director and Operations Manager on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning

  • Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and KPIs

  • Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers

  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to Immigration Consultants

  • Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions

  • Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day operations

  • Leading the launch of new immigration services and products, including end-to-end project management, development and updating of SOPs and operational documentation, and training and enablement of regional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of immigration or global mobility experience, including at least 2+ years in a regional or country leadership role overseeing immigration operations across multiple APAC jurisdictions

  • At least 2 years of experience as People Manager (nice to have experience managing remote teams)

  • Demonstrated experience establishing, scaling, and standardizing immigration processes in two or more APAC countries

  • Strong understanding of immigration frameworks across APAC, including country-specific regulatory requirements

  • Familiarity with key APAC immigration authorities (e.g., Singapore MOM, Australia Department of Home Affairs, Hong Kong Immigration Department and Japan ISA)

  • Fluency in English and in Mandarin (written and spoken) required; ability to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders, partners, and authorities
