Responsibilities
Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment
Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Director and Operations Manager on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning
Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and KPIs
Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to Immigration Consultants
Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions
Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day operations
Leading the launch of new immigration services and products, including end-to-end project management, development and updating of SOPs and operational documentation, and training and enablement of regional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
Qualifications
10+ years of immigration or global mobility experience, including at least 2+ years in a regional or country leadership role overseeing immigration operations across multiple APAC jurisdictions
At least 2 years of experience as People Manager (nice to have experience managing remote teams)
Demonstrated experience establishing, scaling, and standardizing immigration processes in two or more APAC countries
Strong understanding of immigration frameworks across APAC, including country-specific regulatory requirements
Familiarity with key APAC immigration authorities (e.g., Singapore MOM, Australia Department of Home Affairs, Hong Kong Immigration Department and Japan ISA)
Fluency in English and in Mandarin (written and spoken) required; ability to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders, partners, and authorities
