Summary

The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth across a defined segment or product. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through inbound and outbound prospecting. By uncovering client needs, educating prospects, and generating qualified opportunities, the SDR directly contributes to pipeline development and overall revenue performance. The position requires strong communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, including email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns for the ASEAN Region, market MM Segment (Mid-Market, 200~2000 employees)

  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage with sales.

  • Create and execute outreach sequences, including personalized email campaigns and cold-calling to map and penetrate accounts.

  • Engage existing customers as needed to identify cross-sell or expansion opportunities across a defined segment or product (as applicable to the team).

  • Educate and nurture leads to progress them toward a qualified meeting or next step in the buyer journey.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and activity data in CRM and sales engagement tools.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth and effective handoff of qualified opportunities.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to continuously refine lead-generation processes, messaging, and workflow improvements.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, Sales Qualified Opportunities, and pipeline contribution.

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development.

Qualifications

  • Based in Singapore

  • 2 year plus experience in a sales development or similar outbound role

  • Comfortable with outbound & cold calling

  • Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound commercial role (experience level may vary depending on team needs).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects across multiple channels.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and outreach activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound/outbound prospecting (email, phone, social, events, campaigns) for ASEAN Region, MM Segment (200-2000 employees)
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients
  • Create and execute personalized outreach sequences including cold-calling
  • Engage existing customers for cross-sell/expansion opportunities
  • Educate and nurture leads toward qualified meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM data
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for handoffs
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing for process improvements
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for meetings, SQOs, and pipeline
  • Participate in training and skill development
