We’re looking for a Growth Product Designer who’s equal parts creative and analytical to help Deel unlock new levels of user engagement, product adoption and retention. You'll be at the intersection of product, design and growth, crafting intuitive experiences, running experiments, and turning insights into measurable impact.
Design user-centric solutions that drive key growth metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to define, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses.
Design prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate your design intent.
Collaborate closely with different design teams to ensure a seamless user experience across different product areas, considering all possible scenarios.
Use data (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform decisions, identify friction points, and optimize the user journey.
Understands AB testing frameworks, and can liaise with data on testing and results.
Balance product and business goals with exceptional user experience.
Contribute to our evolving design system and push visual and interaction standards forward through motion.
Be passionate about design
Proven growth experience
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills, experimentation work, and measurable outcomes.
Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar data analytic tools.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Be comfortable with being involved with the end to end development process. From ideation to design QA - you feed and unblock the team.
Know when to go deep on a task and when to execute, action biased.
Experience designing for onboarding flows, virality features, pricing pages, or subscription models.
Ability to do advance prototyping utilizing progression disclosure rather than just static pages.
