The Role

As the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the discovery and development of lead generation channels across the markets. You will own the end-to-end local marketing strategy, execution, and performance, crafting and implementing demand strategies that identify and convert early adopters into loyal customers and brand evangelists.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop go-to-market (GTM) fundamentals, including messaging and positioning, with a strategic focus on maximizing pipeline and conversion.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with local sales, central marketing, and digital marketing teams to create and execute demand and field marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Initiative Execution: Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the business forward, ensuring pipeline growth and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Growth Metrics: Drive growth at the territory level by developing and reporting on key KPIs, assessing pipeline health, and identifying challenges and priorities.

  • Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth customer and market research to gain insights into target audiences and personas, informing strategic decisions on where and how to win.

  • Geographical Strategy: Identify and account for regional differences within your focus markets, tailoring marketing strategies with a geographical perspective.

  • Team Contribution: Contribute to broader team initiatives, leveraging insights to inform program and content needs, and communicate strategies and timelines effectively across teams.

  • Budget Management: Track ROI and budget, influencing the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance insights.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in regional/growth marketing within Central European markets, with demonstrated experience working in the DACH region.

  • Track Record: Proven success in developing demand generation strategies and uncovering new marketing channels for growth.
