In this senior role based in EMEA, you'll drive the roadmap for Deel's internal operations tools like Ops Workbench and Ops Connect, collaborating closely with Operations, Support, and Engineering teams. What you will do

  • Deeply analyse customers and business problems to identify the pain points

  • Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines

  • Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots

  • Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.

  • Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first working environment.

  • Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release

  • Work closely with highly talented Product Designers and team of Engineers

  • Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility

  1. Drive the roadmap for Deel’s internal operations tools, including the Ops Workbench and Ops Connect platforms

  2. Collaborate closely with Operations, Support, and Engineering teams to unify internal workflows and systems

  3. Translate complex operational needs into scalable, efficient internal tooling that enables proactive, high-quality customer support

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast pace environment (preferably in a scale-up/start-up)

  • At least 4 years of SaaS product experience

  • Strong expertise in Product Management, Design, and Leadership

  • Independent and autonomous

  • Understanding of both UX and UI

  1. Experience building or scaling internal tools, operations platforms, or support systems (e.g., CRM, case management, workflow automation) is an advantage

  2. Comfortable managing complex system integrations and improving operational processes through product thinking

  3. Operational techniques: SnowFlakes, Queries, textbook

  4. Heavy compliant
