As Treasury Manager, you'll monitor daily global cash positions and local entity bank accounts, initiate funding transactions across diverse banking platforms, and resolve complex payment issues swiftly in collaboration with support teams. You'll review bank account setups in new markets to fuel Deel's global expansion, serve as the key liaison with financial institutions—keeping KYC and due diligence impeccable—and contribute to cash flow forecasting, FX, and investment strategies. This position demands sharp analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and at least 4 years of treasury experience from a multinational bank or FinTech, plus a Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA, CFA, or CTP a plus). Fluency in English and adaptability to a fast-paced setting are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the global cash position and the local entities bank accounts on a daily basis, ensuring liquidity

  • Initiating cash management and funding transactions within the different banking platforms and systems

  • Investigating complex payment problems, and working with our support team to solve them fast

  • Reviewing bank account opening documents, structures, agreements, and fees in new markets to support the global expansion

  • Serving as the main point of contact with financial institutions, keeping KYC and Due Diligence updated.

  • Preparing reports, documenting transactions, and updating them within the systems and database

  • Assisting on the cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange, and investment activities

Desired skills and competencies

  • You have a minimum of 4 years experience working treasury department of a multinational bank or FinTech.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred).

  • You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in money transferring entities

  • You have strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel.

  • You have good written and verbal communication skills.

  • You are fluent in English
