Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to maximize the value of their Workday investments by implementing certified integrations that automate internal business processes.

  • Collaborate with sales prospects to set expectations, define project scope, and understand client requirements.

  • Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve integrations, exploring opportunities to extend functionality and deliver greater value to customers.

  • Proactively suggest, define, and help implement new ways to support our customers’ needs.

  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations, with a focus on third-party payroll systems, ensuring seamless payroll data transfers.

  • Provide technical expertise in payroll integrations, including mapping data fields, troubleshooting data transfer issues, and validating payroll outputs.

  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies when handling sensitive HR and payroll information.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, including data flow diagrams, field mappings, and process flows.

  • Manage stakeholders and project deliverables to ensure smooth and timely implementation.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant, with a focus on Workday Core HCM and third-party payroll integrations.

  • Workday Certified in Core Connector Tools & Payroll (CCTPP) and Integration Core. Experience with Prism, Studio, Extend, or custom report building is a plus.

  • Proven experience adapting to new Workday environments and project requirements.

  • Strong background in consulting or project-based work, with a focus on delivering customer value and experience rather than solely deployment volume.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools, including EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services APIs.
