What Will Your Day Look Like? 

This role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week. We encourage office presence to help you learn, connect, and thrive.

During your apprenticeship, you'll work on your BSc Honours Degree, gaining sales and marketing skills through on-the-job learning. You'll also undergo an apprenticeship End Point Assessment in your final year.


Your role will include: 

  • Building strong customer relationships and understanding market needs to drive sales success and deliver exceptional experiences. 
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities while managing a dynamic pipeline of prospects. 
  • Developing expertise in Siemens Smart Infrastructure products and services to provide tailored solutions. 
  • Collaborating with customers to solve business challenges through innovative, technology-driven approaches.

 

What We’re Looking For 

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, if you’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you. 

  • Achieved at least 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above including Maths and English Language. 
  • Achieved or predicted to achieve 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above, giving a total of at least 96 UCAS points. This is a mandatory requirement for acceptance onto the apprenticeship scheme. 
  • Passionate about making an impact, with curiosity and a proactive approach to learning. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers. 
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. 
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Commercial awareness and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
  • Collaborative team player who takes initiative and contributes ideas to drive success.
