Each day as an Account Manager at Deliveroo is dynamic and engaging. You might start your day by analyzing performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for your partner restaurants. This involves diving into data related to order volumes, customer feedback, and menu performance. Next, you might schedule meetings with restaurant partners to discuss these insights and develop strategies for improvement. You'll also spend time collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to implement these strategies. You'll be responsible for negotiating terms and conditions with partners to ensure they align with Deliveroo's goals and provide value to consumers.

You’ll also be actively seeking out new opportunities to expand the Deliveroo network in the Liguria region, identifying and onboarding new restaurant partners.
