As an Account Manager (H/F) in Paris Île-de-France, you will be responsible for the success of your portfolio of strategic accounts, implementing the most relevant tools for our users. You will report directly to the Client Partner. Regular travel is expected depending on your area and market needs (approximately three days per week) in the East Paris sector.
Each day as an Account Manager at Deliveroo is dynamic and engaging. You'll start by reviewing your portfolio's performance, identifying any areas needing attention. This involves analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to pinpoint opportunities for improvement. You'll then connect with your restaurant partners, discussing their business goals and challenges, and collaboratively developing strategies to enhance their performance on the Deliveroo platform.
You might spend time in the field, visiting restaurants to understand their operations firsthand and build strong relationships with their teams. You'll also work closely with Deliveroo's internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to implement targeted campaigns and optimize the overall customer experience.
Throughout the day, you'll stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, adjusting your strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge. You'll also dedicate time to administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and updating your CRM system.
