As an Account Manager in Pisa, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our relationships with restaurant partners. You will be responsible for a portfolio of restaurant brands, working to build lasting relationships, analyse performance, and identify opportunities for growth. You will act as a consultant to our partners, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to help them succeed on the Deliveroo platform.
Your day as an Account Manager will be dynamic and varied. You might start by analysing the performance of your restaurant partners, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. You'll then communicate these insights to your partners, working with them to develop strategies for growth. You'll also be involved in negotiating contract terms, planning portfolio strategy, and controlling the P&L for your assigned area. Collaboration with internal teams like marketing, operations, and product will be essential to provide the best service to our top brands.
