Deliveroo Ads connects leading CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and Non-Endemic consumer brands with our customers, helping them achieve their advertising objectives in the exciting space of Retail Media. About the Role

As an Agency Sales Manager focusing on Europe & Middle East, you will be responsible for driving advertising revenue through London-based media agencies. You'll unlock budgets allocated for the EMEA region while also building a network in local markets like France, Italy, and the UAE. Your primary focus will be on establishing strong, long-term agency relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and delivering revenue against quarterly and annual targets. A strong understanding of the UK agency landscape and experience working with regional or global agency teams is essential.

This role is based at our London HQ, The River Building, and will require travel to Paris, Milan, and Dubai as needed. We offer a flexible hybrid working environment, and you will report to the Director of Sales, Advertising.

  • Morning: Start your day by reviewing your pipeline, prioritizing outreach to key agency contacts, and preparing for upcoming client meetings. Check industry news and competitor activity reports.
  • Mid-day: Conduct client meetings and presentations, highlighting Deliveroo Ads' capabilities and success stories. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for agency clients.
  • Afternoon: Focus on deal negotiations and contract management. Work with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials and stay updated on new advertising products. Wrap up the day by updating your pipeline and forecasting reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with key London-based media agencies, including planners, buyers, and agency leadership who manage Europe & Middle East advertising budgets.
  • Build relationships with local market agency teams in France and Italy to drive spend on Deliveroo.
  • Support direct brand deals across markets when an agency team is involved.
  • Travel within Europe & Middle East as required to support agency and client relationships.
  • Pitch to agency teams who are responsible for CPG and Non-Endemic advertisers.
