Role Overview

Deliveroo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Compensation Partner to join our team in London. In this role, you will be a dedicated compensation expert supporting our Commercial organizations, ensuring our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. You'll work closely with leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on all compensation-related matters, with a particular focus on sales incentive design and data-driven decision-making.

A Day in the Life

As a Compensation Partner, your day will be varied and engaging. You might start by consulting with a People Partner on a compensation package for a new Commercial Director, ensuring it aligns with our internal equity guidelines and external market data.
