Day in the Life

As a CRM Executive, Rider, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and impactful. You will be deeply involved in the technical creation and building of Rider CRM campaigns using platforms like Braze. This involves setting up triggered communications across various channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messages. A significant part of your day will be spent experimenting with different campaign elements and closely monitoring metrics to understand what resonates best with our riders. You’ll also be responsible for the general maintenance of campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
