The CRM Executive, Rider role at Deliveroo is a crucial position focused on enhancing the communication and engagement with our rider network. As a CRM Executive, Rider, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and impactful. You will be deeply involved in the technical creation and building of Rider CRM campaigns using platforms like Braze. This involves setting up triggered communications across various channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messages. A significant part of your day will be spent experimenting with different campaign elements and closely monitoring metrics to understand what resonates best with our riders. You’ll also be responsible for the general maintenance of campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with global and local stakeholders, including Operations colleagues, to gather data-informed ideas and ensure compliance and quality in all communications. You'll conduct quality assurance (QA) on campaign builds and automations, providing technical guidance to global CRM teams. A crucial aspect of your role is to continually seek opportunities to improve our communication strategies, launching new ideas and channels based on data and insights. You'll also be actively involved in A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance. Throughout the day, you'll be putting Riders at the center of campaign execution, ensuring that all communications are meaningful and positively impact their experience with Deliveroo.
