Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader looking to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company? Deliveroo is seeking a Field-Sales Manager to join our North East team, based out of our Leeds office. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 9 Account Managers to drive growth and improve the customer value proposition (CVP) in your assigned cities (Newcastle, Middlesborough, Sunderland). You'll be a key player in expanding Deliveroo's presence and ensuring our success in the region.
As a Field-Sales Manager, your day will be varied and fast-paced. You might start by reviewing performance data with your team, identifying areas for improvement and strategizing on how to achieve targets. You'll spend time coaching and mentoring your Account Managers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed. You'll also be out in the field, meeting with restaurant partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing guerrilla marketing activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, will be essential to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
