A significant part of your day will involve leading projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and team capability. You'll also conduct quality assurance reviews to identify training needs and support the skill development of our first-line Rider Support teams. Collaboration is key, as you'll be working with various teams to standardize processes and maintain clear documentation.
