We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Launch Manager to join our North East team. This is a unique opportunity to lead within the Regional Team, directly impacting the results in your assigned cities. You will lead a sales team of 9, driving them to achieve ambitious goals, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance selection across all segments, and identifying and executing impactful guerrilla marketing activities. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and possess a strong bias for action. You will report to the Programme Lead, Regional Growth, and be based in the Leeds office, but will spend most of your time in your cities.
A typical day for a Launch Manager involves a blend of strategic planning, team management, and on-the-ground execution. You might start your day reviewing performance data for your cities, identifying areas for improvement and potential opportunities. You'll then connect with your sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve their targets. This includes setting priorities for Account Managers, such as improving restaurant signage, menu completeness, and reducing rejections. You'll also dedicate time to cross-functional collaboration, working with marketing to develop and execute impactful campaigns, and with operations to optimize delivery efficiency. A significant portion of your time will be spent in your cities, meeting with restaurant partners, assessing the competitive landscape, and identifying gaps in selection and cuisine. You'll also be involved in tactical initiatives, such as in-person marketing activations and sprints to improve key city metrics. Ultimately, your goal is to drive growth and enhance the customer experience in your assigned cities.
