A Day in the Life

• Start your day by reviewing your call plan and prioritizing outreach to new restaurant partners.
• Make outbound calls to new restaurants to welcome them to Deliveroo and introduce yourself as their point of contact.
• Guide restaurants through the onboarding process, explaining each step and answering any questions they may have.
• Provide training on how to use the Deliveroo platform, including order management, menu updates, and performance tracking.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues or challenges that restaurants may encounter during onboarding.
• Collaborate with the launch team to ensure restaurants are properly set up in our system.
• Work with the sales team to address any outstanding questions or concerns from newly acquired restaurants.
