As a New Partner Experience Team Lead, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Team Management: Providing daily oversight of the NPX team, including coaching, performance management, and attendance tracking.
• Process Improvement: Developing and refining onboarding processes to ensure restaurants are set up for success.
• Goal Achievement: Ensuring the team meets agreed-upon goals and establishing a performance management framework.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other Team Leads to ensure consistency and alignment across the SMB team.
