As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring your team, and fostering a culture of excellence. Your primary focus will be on recruiting new restaurants that meet Deliveroo's partnership criteria and ensuring the success of our restaurant partners. You will achieve this by developing your team's prospecting and negotiation skills and implementing internal processes to optimize performance.
Your typical day as a Regional Sales Manager will be dynamic and multifaceted. You will start by reviewing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and setting priorities for the day. You will then connect with your team, providing guidance, support, and motivation. This may involve one-on-one coaching sessions, field visits to observe sales techniques, or group training sessions to enhance specific skills.
You will also collaborate with other departments, such as onboarding and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of new restaurants and effective promotional campaigns. You will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand Deliveroo's reach in the Lille region.
Throughout the day, you will be responsible for tracking progress, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and making adjustments as needed to ensure that the team is on track to meet its goals. You will also address any urgent partner concerns and act as a liaison between the restaurants and Deliveroo's internal teams.
