Role Overview

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to empower and manage a team of 6 to 10 Business Development Managers (BDMs). This includes setting weekly/monthly sales goals, driving performance, and maintaining a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and is passionate about mentoring and developing their team. Your primary goal will be to build a strong team capable of recruiting new restaurants that meet Deliveroo's partnership criteria.
