We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to empower and manage a team of 6 to 10 Business Development Managers (BDMs). This includes setting weekly/monthly sales goals, driving performance, and maintaining a strong work ethic.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and is passionate about mentoring and developing their team. Your primary goal will be to build a strong team capable of recruiting new restaurants that meet Deliveroo's partnership criteria. You will develop your team's prospecting and negotiation skills and implement internal processes to ensure the success of our partner restaurants!
