As the Senior Commercial Manager for Deliveroo Express, you will be at the forefront of our white-label delivery solution. Deliveroo Express enables partners to offer rapid delivery directly through their own websites or apps. This is a game-changing product that allows restaurants and retailers to seamlessly integrate Deliveroo's delivery network into their existing customer experience. You will lead a team of Strategic Partnership Managers, oversee all aspects of partner management, drive growth, and ensure strategic alignment with our partners. This role demands a blend of commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and operational excellence. You will use data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements. Your work will directly shape how Deliveroo grows and collaborates with its white-label partners globally.
Your day will be dynamic and multifaceted. You might start by reviewing performance data to identify key trends and areas for improvement across your portfolio of partners. Next, you might lead a strategy session with your team to discuss new initiatives for deepening relationships with existing partners. This could involve brainstorming new marketing campaigns, optimizing delivery operations, or exploring opportunities for new product integrations.
In the afternoon, you could be leading a pitch to a potential new partner, showcasing the value proposition of Deliveroo Express and negotiating contract terms. You'll also spend time collaborating with internal teams, such as Marketing, Rider Operations, and Product, to ensure operational excellence and partner satisfaction. Finally, you'll dedicate time to coaching and developing your team of Strategic Partnership Managers, helping them to grow their skills and achieve their goals.

Alternatively, you could transition into a strategic leadership role within the Global Growth, Strategy & Analytics team, contributing to the overall direction of Deliveroo's expansion efforts. Deliveroo offers a competitive salary and benefits package that reflects the importance of this role. The salary range for this position is between £70,000 and £120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll also be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
