Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager for the North East region, you will be responsible for driving Deliveroo's growth and performance across your designated cities (Newcastle, Middlesborough and Sunderland). You will lead a team of Account Managers, setting targets, providing coaching, and ensuring they hit their monthly goals. You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve the customer value proposition (CVP), identify new partners, and maximize marketing opportunities.

This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in sales, account management, and strategy. You must be commercially astute, results-oriented, and comfortable using data to drive decision-making. You should also be a self-starter, well-organized, and enjoy working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position is based in the Leeds office but requires frequent travel to your designated cities (3-4 days per week).
