• Monitor timekeeping and attendance records.
• Generate daily operational reports and conduct monthly KPI analytics.
• Supervise rental transport drivers and facilitate new employee onboarding and training.
• Lead regular team meetings and cross-departmental briefings.

Qualifications & Requirements
