Role Overview

As a Delivery Driver at Cardinal Health's Ft Lauderdale Nuclear Pharmacy, you'll be the frontline hero ensuring radiopharmaceuticals reach hospitals and clinics promptly and safely. This full-time role offers a $1000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay of $15.70-$22.50 per hour, and a unique schedule: Monday, Thursday-Friday (day shifts), Saturday-Sunday (early mornings), with Tuesdays/Wednesdays off. On-call rotation and flexibility are required to meet business needs. Operate a non-CDL company vehicle in all weather, day or night, while adhering to strict DOT and radiation safety protocols. Prior delivery experience is a plus, but we'll train you on our Isotrac system and route optimization tools.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily impact includes:

• Preparing doses, packaging radiopharmaceuticals, wiping for contamination, and loading/unloading per DOT regulations.
• Making precise deliveries to customer accounts using handheld tablets for scanning, navigation, and route optimization.
• Processing returns, verifying labels, and preparing receipts for seamless operations.
• Maintaining vehicles in top condition, performing minor roadside repairs, and keeping accurate log books and inspection records.
• Handling biohazard waste, performing facility clean-up, and participating in training on radiation safety, HIPAA, blood-borne pathogens, and more.
• Ensuring timely, safe deliveries in diverse conditions to support life-saving medical procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver's license with excellent driving record; must be 18+.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate vehicles for extended periods.
• Comfortable with early mornings, weekends, holidays, on-call, and all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer/tablet proficiency, and customer focus.
• Prior delivery experience advantageous but not required.
