Role Overview

As a Delivery Driver - Pharmacy Services in our Kansas City Nuclear Pharmacy (#28), you'll play a vital role in the healthcare supply chain. This full-time position pays $17.50 per hour and operates Monday-Friday from 4:00am to 12:00pm, with 40 hours per week. Flexibility is key: be prepared for on-call shifts, holidays, weekends, overtime, early starts, or late finishes based on business needs. Using a non-CDL company vehicle, you'll deliver radiopharmaceuticals and oncology pharmaceuticals to medical providers, adhering to strict DOT safety standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks ensure prompt, accurate deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards:

  • Prepare and execute deliveries to customer accounts on your assigned route using a company vehicle (non-CDL).
  • Package radiopharmaceutical medications for shipment, perform required testing, and safely load/unload containers.
  • Use a handheld tablet to scan orders for accuracy, access route information, and navigate efficiently.
  • Process and handle packages returned from customer locations.
  • Maintain your vehicle in optimal condition, including minor roadside repairs as needed.
  • Perform general facility cleaning and support other operational duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record (Class E Missouri driver's license or equivalent preferred).
  • Prior delivery driving experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and manage weights up to 75 pounds.
  • Comfortable driving in all weather conditions, day or night.
  • Capable of sitting, standing, being mobile, and operating a vehicle for extended periods.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts, overtime, holidays, and weekends.
  • Proficiency with computers and tablets.
