Role Overview

The Delivery Driver - Pharmacy Services position in Redding, CA, is a full-time role (40 hours/week) essential to our Nuclear Pharmacy operations. You'll be responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery of radiopharmaceuticals and oncology pharmaceuticals to medical providers along your assigned route. This non-CDL position involves early morning starts (4:45am-6:30am, Monday-Friday), operating a company vehicle, handling specialized packaging, and ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) safety standards. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits from day one. Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you'll:

• Prepare and make deliveries to customer accounts on your assigned route using a company vehicle (non-CDL required).
• Package radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, perform necessary testing, and safely load/unload containers.
• Use a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, access route information, and navigate efficiently.
• Process packages returned from customer locations with precision and care.
• Maintain vehicles in optimal working condition, including minor roadside repairs as needed.
• Perform general facility cleaning and support other operational duties to keep our pharmacy running smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior delivery driving experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to lift and manage weights up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort driving in all weather conditions, day or night, and operating vehicles for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility for varying shifts or overtime.
• Comfort working in a nuclear environment and proficiency with computers/tablets.
