Role Overview

As a Delivery Driver in Pharmacy Services at Cardinal Health's Tempe location, you'll ensure the safe, timely transport of radiopharmaceuticals and oncology pharmaceuticals to medical providers. This full-time role (40 hours/week) features a consistent schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday 11:30am-8:00pm; Saturday and Sunday 6:30am-3:00pm. Key Responsibilities

Daily Deliveries and Route Management

Prepare and execute deliveries on assigned routes using non-CDL company vehicles. Utilize handheld tablets for order scanning, route navigation, and accuracy verification to meet customer demands promptly.

Packaging and Safety Protocols

Package radiopharmaceutical medications for shipment, perform required testing, wipe doses, and load/unload containers while strictly following DOT and nuclear safety standards.

Vehicle Maintenance and Facility Support

Maintain vehicles in optimal condition, handle minor roadside repairs, process customer returns, and perform general facility cleaning as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Credentials

Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred. Prior delivery experience is a plus.

Physical and Operational Abilities

Lift up to 75 pounds, sit/stand/mobile for extended periods, drive in all weather (day/night). Comfortable in nuclear environments; basic English proficiency for safety docs and communication.

Schedule Flexibility

Work weekends, holidays, overtime with little notice. Strong customer service skills and tablet/computer use required. Operate under moderate supervision following SOPs.
