Role Overview

The Delivery Sr Supervisor (Area Delivery Manager Designate) role at PepsiCo in Shreveport, Louisiana, reports directly to the Delivery Director. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll provide hands-on leadership to Delivery Team Leads and Drivers, handling logistics, distribution, and customer service through effective cross-functional communication. Build and maintain strategic customer partnerships to drive satisfaction via superior execution. Deliver volume and revenue while controlling costs, rigorously managing KPIs such as ADAS for on-time deliveries, minimizing Haul Backs, optimizing Two-For-One efficiency, reducing total OT hours, lowering direct labor cost per case, and ensuring DOT Compliance.

Direct all delivery activities in your geographic area to meet operating and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments. Identify and coordinate operational improvements to hit cost objectives and performance standards. Evaluate personnel capabilities, align resources, and resolve day-to-day issues with strategic solutions for short- and long-term goals. Set clear performance and behavioral expectations, fostering employee growth through hiring, training, communication, and positive relations for hourly and salaried staff. Support GTM escalations and provide input on customer service to exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Delivery Sr Supervisor at PepsiCo, you need a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 2-6 years in delivery, logistics, and/or transportation is required, ideally within the CPG industry in a DSD environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making are essential.
